Not last Wednesday but the one before, 500PX partnered up with Bing and did a Tweetchat for photographers. They asked a few questions, gave away some prizes and just let us all chat together.
I dont really know any photographers in real life so I thought this would be a great chance to see what advice is out there and chat to some like minded people!
We talked about different techniques we love - Depth of Field seemed to be the runaway winner!
There was also a question on what inspires us to take pictures/what we love taking pictures of. This didn't seem to have a resounding answer but things like children and landscapes were very popular.
I chose the dog.
The best part of the whole thing was that I was randomly selected to win a years Awesome subscription to 500PX! I already had a standard subscription and I love the site to getting a free boost to Awesome was a great bonus!
I would definately reccomend it to photographers in general, whether you already know what you are talking about or not, it was nice just to chat and see what other people have to say!
Maybe Ill see you there next time!
